Refunds, Guarantees and

All merchandise sales
are final after 7 days of delivery. All packages are shipped with
delivery confirmation so delivery date can be verified.
If we made an error with any item, please
contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will
replace that item for free, so please check your spelling
and proof requirements before you submit your order form and
double check proof before submitting approved reference
numbers. Since these items are custom made to
order, we do not offer exchanges for larger or smaller
sizes.
Refunds for digital proofs are
only granted if you are dissatisfied with your intial proof.

warrantee and or guarantee stated plainly on the web page for that
specific merchandise or the guarantees above shall apply. No other
