PAYMENT
DETAILS

Once your payment and your approved
reference numbers are received, your order will be processed in the order
as it was received. Typically, orders are processed within 3 business days
unless otherwise stated.
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
All sales are final after 7 days of
delivery. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation so delivery
date can be verified. If we made an error with any item, please contact us
within 7 days of delivery and we will replace that item for free, so please
check your spelling and proof requirements before you submit your
order form and double check proof before submitting approved reference
numbers. Since these items are custom made to order, we do not offer
exchanges for larger or smaller sizes.
