Simply, complete the Cap Proof Request Form for each cap requested (form located below).  Please note any special requests under the request field.  Reasonable requests are honored at no additional cost.  We will include free price quote for all other requests that are considered special orders.  Only your email address is required to submit your proof request.  No other personal information is needed.  Once submitted, your request will be reviewed for approval.  We will email you within 1 business day to notify you that your request was approved or denied.  We reserve the right to deny any requests base on our Disclaimer and Terms of Use Agreement.

If approved, your proof request will be processed in the order as it was received.  Typically, proof requests are processed within 5 Business Days unless you purchased Expedited Proof Service.  This service guarantees your proof request will be processed within 1-2 Business Days.  If you have honest intentions of purchasing merchandise from this site, we recommend purchasing the Expedited Proof Service to insure minimal delays with your order.  Customers who purchased this service take preference over customers who opt not to purchase this service. 

Your initial proof will give you an idea of what your cap would look like based on the information you submitted to us.  Cap proofs are emailed to you as attachment JPEG Bitmap files unless you request a different file format.  When you receive your proof, please double check spelling and cap requirements.  If you are satisfied with your proof and would like to purchase your actual cap, please note the reference number and follow the Ordering Instructions included in email.  If you are not satisfied with your proof, please feel free to reply with any reasonable changes.  Revisions are free with no obligation to buy actual cap.  Typically, revisions are processed within 1 Business Day.
